Construction and function
Fixed rock crusher of JXSY Range is composed of pumping station , manually direction valve , hydraulic controlling single-way valve ,lifting cylinder ,rotary cylinder , extension cylinder , pitching cylinder , impacter ,etc.
Regarding mechanical part , it is composed of rear arm , front arm , inner swing span , outer swing span , hammerhead , and so on .
The energy is supplied with the pressure 16MPA, at the flow rate of 100L/min from pumping station ,and is held out or drawn back by lifting cylinder , rotary cylinder , extension cylinder , pitching cylinder controlling by manually direction valve , which can help change the height , length and angle of the rock crusher . The hammerhead can move back and forth by impacter controlling by manually direction valve , in order to conclude the process of knocking rocks .
